Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve time especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). • Clients who arrive 30 minutes late or more may need to reschedule and will be treated as a late cancellation.
